A day in the life of a Business Coach.

  • A young Principal who bought a practice four years ago, is now about to purchase a second location and she has decided that it's time to get some serious systems and processes in place;

  • A well established specialist referral Practice looking to increase the facility utilisation of their Hygiene and Perio department from 70% to 85%;

  • A dental accountant seeking clarification on exactly what monthly financial data I require in order to work with our mutual client;

  • A very successful small private practice in the USA who want to create some video based training in order to onboard new team members;

  • A specialist orthodontic practice Owner trying to make a decision on hiring a new Orthodontic Associate who is hungry, people smart, but not very humble.

  • A dental laboratory manager who is drowning in work and needs guidance on how to focus on his unique ability and delegate, automate or eliminate other work;

  • A long established Principal who is simply overwhelmed by the amount of change that needs to take place in order to modernise her practice;

  • A large primarily NHS practice who have received planning permission to open a second private site as a squat and want me to be part of the project management team.

After all of that, a weekly webinar with the clients, welcoming our guest speaker, Thomas Dickson from Wealthwide who entertained, educated and answered questions on the subject of lifestyle financial planning.

All in a day's work - and today I'm off to Perthshire to talk to a team of associates this evening about Moments of Truth in the Patient Journey and top tips to Improve treatment plan presentation.

I'll be rolling in to Edinburgh at about 23:00 - ouch.
