Gratitude



An impromptu and gigantic shout out for Land Rover Assist and the AA last night.


  • Customer service experience on the phone superlative;

  • Craig from the AA arrived within 30-minutes and could not have been more reassuring and helpful;

  • Perhaps most importantly, Land Rover themselves, who designed a car that, even after a damaging blowout at high speed (nail in tyre) didn't even wobble as I slowed down, pulled off the road and found myself a safe place to park.


It added an extra hour to my planned 4-hour journey overall and, even though I'm tired this morning after a long day and a late night - I count my blessings.
