On Zero Tolerance (again)

For the sake of clarity.....

When you encounter someone in your business/professional life........

(business partner, employee, self-employed sub-contractor, trainer, consultant, advisor, supplier)

......you must apply the three-step test:

• Do I trust this person?

  • (If they are strangers, do they come highly recommended?)

• Do I respect this person?

  • (they conduct themselves in a way that is harmonious with your core values)

• Do I like this person?

  • (when they walk in the room, or you hear their name, your heart lifts)

Yes:Yes:Yes

Proceed.

Anything less than three "Yes" scores?

Move yourself away or move them away from you.

There are no redeeming factors.

Make a list of everyone.

Apply the test.

Take action.

If nothing else, it would save me a lot of time.
