Ready, Steady, GO! Why September is such an important month for us all

Happy Friday and HAGWE.

On Sunday it will be September.

The summer is OVER.

We have 4 months now to work our tripe out, making sure that we maximise sales, systems, service and profitability for the last part of the year - and also ensuring that we have a flying start to 2025.

For decades now the last 4 months have been my own busiest time of year.

Taking my own medicine, I created a mind-map on Wednesday, affixed to my office wall on Magic Whiteboard, because I needed to "brain-dump" all tasks and targets I have in next 4 months.

The thoughts and ideas that have been whirling around in my head - all captured on one sheet of paper, so that I can "see".

This morning I'm on a train to London, to meet with Rachel Barrow and put the finishing touches to my annual marketing campaign for clients who want to be part of the Extreme Business community in 2025.

We begin renewing and recruiting next year's cohort on Monday. You'll be getting a steady flow of promotional content, mainly testimonials, inviting you to join us on your own journey into the new year.

Next week I'll be meeting with Phillippa Goodwin to get my 2025 calendar in even better shape than it already is.

Game on - I love September (and by the way, I have a birthday on the 9th - 71 years - but I'm as energised and excited about the difference we make as ever).
