The Four Hats - notes from India #3

We've spent a lot of time talking about The Four Hats, and:

• which Hats the delegates are wearing today;

• which Hats they would like to be wearing in November 2027.

After two days of lecturing, we took a poll at 17:30 last night.

In 2027:

• 80% want to wear Clinician, Landlord, Investor - delegate Manager;

• 20% want to wear Manager, Landlord, Investor - delegate Clinician.

With one exception - the young and quite diminutive dentist at the back of the room (who owns 5 practices in Goa) who shared with us that he only wants to wear The Investors Hat.

The smartest person in the room was how I described him.
