London workshop day #1 today and over 100 people attending Sheila Scott's day:
"From Transactions to Trust - The Art of Relationship-Based Dentistry."
I'm excited about the buzz that will be in the room, the fantastic material that Sheila will be sharing and the opportunity to meet with old friends and new, as we welcome quite a few new faces in The Extreme Business 100 community for 2025.
Workbooks and handouts ready and, as always, our location at Etc Venues on the Edgware Road will be superb (they just know how to do it).
An opportunity to put the doom and gloom to one side for a day and focus on the opportunity that exists to consider the "lifetime value" of a patient:
how much money could they invest with you over the full timescale of their practice membership?
how many of their family, friends and colleagues could they recommend?
how far would their Google review, selfie or video testimonial "reach" out there in the wider world?
That question can be asked about every single patient who visits your practice, today and every day, for a complete recall cycle.
Just think about that.
